Christine is passionate about wellness and partnering with professional organizations and members of the community to provide wellness programs with a focus on Mediterranean Living. She has experience in wellness program development and implementation and also has many years of experience in the field of human resources, most recently at The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Her Bachelors degree is in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan and she also holds a certificate in Professional Human Resources. Christine is enthusiastic about the sustainability of food systems and serves on the Board of Directors of the River Valley Market Co-operative in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Christine’s greatest joys are running and eating. If she’s not in the kitchen exploring recipe ideas, you’ll find her in the great outdoors, training for her next marathon. She also enjoys the company of family and friends, which typically involves more eating.
