Instructions
Heat a grill to high heat. Make the Green Tahini Sauce.
Pour about 1/4 of the green tahini sauce onto the corn. Roll the corn around till they are fully coated.
Grill the corn about 3 minutes on each side. They should be charred on all sides. When you hear the kernels start to pop, rotate them. They take about 10 minutes in total.
Plate the finished corn and drizzle some more of the green tahini sauce on top of each ear of corn. There should be a little bit of sauce left over if someone wants extra.
