Skillet Garlic Shrimp with Basil and Olives

- 1 pound fresh shrimp
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup jarred spaghetti sauce
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
Peel, de-vein, and rinse shrimp.
Mix olive oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika together in a bowl.
Preheat broiler to 450 F. In a cast iron skillet, mix together the mixed sauce, olives, and shrimp.
Broil for 8-10 minutes or until edges of shrimp and sauce start to caramelize and shrimp are completely pink.
