mushrooms of your choice, washed and dried with a paper towel

cup
red wine
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil

tomatoes, sliced
1/4
tsp
salt, and then to taste

tsp
oregano, dried
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place mushrooms in a baking pan.
Add olive oil, wine salt and oregano. Mix well with your hands. Place slices of tomatoes on top of mushrooms.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Salt, to taste.
