Grilled Corn Recipe with Green Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ears corn, shucked
  • 1 1/2 cups Green Tahini Sauce - Click on the link above for the recipe!

Instructions
 

  • Heat a grill to high heat. Make the Green Tahini Sauce.
  • Pour about 1/4 of the green tahini sauce onto the corn. Roll the corn around till they are fully coated.
  • Grill the corn about 3 minutes on each side. They should be charred on all sides. When you hear the kernels start to pop, rotate them. They take about 10 minutes in total.
  • Plate the finished corn and drizzle some more of the green tahini sauce on top of each ear of corn. There should be a little bit of sauce left over if someone wants extra.
  • Enjoy!
