Skillet Garlic Shrimp with Basil and Olives

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup  jarred spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives

Instructions
 

  • Peel, de-vein, and rinse shrimp.
  • Mix olive oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika together in a bowl.
  • Preheat broiler to 450 F. In a cast iron skillet, mix together the mixed sauce, olives, and shrimp.
  • Broil for 8-10 minutes or until edges of shrimp and sauce start to caramelize and shrimp are completely pink.
