  • 1 avocado, flesh only
  • 1/2 cup whole fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dill, packed, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Using low setting, blend just until dill and green onions are finely chopped. Don't overmix. You can add more water for desired consistency.
