Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Thyme (Spain)

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces package of your favorite mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Splash of balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Sauté mushrooms in 2 Tablespoons olive oil on medium heat. Add thyme, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until tender.
  • Take off heat and drizzle on 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Serve hot.
