Add tomatoes, asparagus, garlic, onions, olive oil, oregano and salt to a bowl. Mix well, making sure that all veggies are coated with oil and spices. Fill a sheet pan with the veggies.
Add bread crumbs, smoked paprika and black pepper into a bowl. Mix with a fork.
Break an egg into another small bowl. Whip with a fork.
Dip each chicken tender into egg and then coat well with bread crumbs. Add tenders on top of veggies in sheet pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until tenders are golden brown on the outside and done in the middle and veggies are beginning to caramelize.
