Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Thyme (Spain)

- 10 ounces package of your favorite mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Splash of balsamic vinegar
Sauté mushrooms in 2 Tablespoons olive oil on medium heat. Add thyme, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until tender.
Take off heat and drizzle on 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Serve hot.
