  • 1 zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
