FOR THE SALAD:

arugula

fresh blackberries

red onion
thinly sliced

crumbled

fresh herbs (mint, parsley, dill or a mix)
chopped

walnuts

FOR THE DRESSING:

olive oil
extra virgin

red wine vinegar

minced

honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, blackberries, red onion, cheese, chopped herbs, and toasted walnuts.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette just before serving and toss gently to coat.
