Salt and pepper

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Place the chickpeas, tomatoes, avocado, onion, mushrooms, spinach, red pepper and cilantro in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Mix well and serve.
