Instructions
Preheat oven:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Prep broccoli:
Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stems and slice them into 1/4-inch thick coins.
Toss and season:
Place broccoli on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast:
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the broccoli is tender when pierced with a fork.
Add lemon and cheese:
Drizzle with lemon juice and toss. Sprinkle Pecorino cheese on top and serve warm.
