2fresh tomatoes, grated or 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
2cupscanned crushed tomatoes
1poundgreen beans (fresh or frozen)
2potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 quarters
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
Instructions
If using fresh green beans, snap off ends. Cut the onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes.
Turn the Instant Pot to saute and pour in the extra virgin olive oil. Once the oil is heated, add the pork and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to your Instant Pot and stir very well. You won't have a second chance to stir until the food is fully cooked so stir well now.
Cover the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to sealing.
Press the manual setting and set to 17 minutes. The Instant Pot should say "On" at this point. This means it is heating up and in a few minutes the timer will start counting down.
Once the timer reaches zero, put on an oven mitt and turn the valve to venting. Wait for all the pressure to be released and remove the cover.
