Creamed Pearl Onions & Peas

- 1 small bag of frozen pearl onions
- 1 small bag of frozen peas
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt, to taste
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. za'atar, see above
- olive oil to drizzle
Preheat oven to 450. On a cookie sheet, toss onions & peas in olive oil & salt. Bake until golden brown.
In a small bowl stir together yogurt & zatar. Spread on bottom of serving dish. Pile high with onions & peas. Drizzle with olive oil.
