extra virgin olive oil

butter

garlic,
thinly sliced

smoked paprika

dried oregano

sherry vinegar

Instructions
Steam broccoli:
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Sauté garlic:
In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden.
Add paprika and broccoli:
Stir in smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, then quickly add the steamed broccoli. Sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring to coat.
Deglaze and finish:
Deglaze the pan with sherry vinegar and season with salt. Toss well and serve warm.
