I have succesfully lost 8 pounds on the program. My health has improved and I have more energy. I am exercising (cardio/stretching/strength training) 1 – 1 1/2 hours per day 6 days per week–before program I could only do treadmill for 20-30 minutes and was very sore after an hour of pilates.
