Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon, Fresh Dill and Capers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • A few small stems fresh dill
  • 10 capers
  • A few thin slices of red onion
  • 2 large slices bread or 4 small slices of bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocado in half, remove pit. Scoop out flesh and mash with a dash of salt and lemon juice.
  • Toast bread. Spread avocado on toast. Top with capers.
  • Top avocado and capers with a slice or two of smoke salmon and then with dill and red onion slices. Serve immediately.
