Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces milk, almond milk or soy milk
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • honey, to taste
  • 5-10 drops vanilla extract

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small pan and heat gently, stirring frequently with a whisk (about 5 minutes).
