Brianna Padilla:
Brianna is a junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a public health major and is interning with Mediterranean Living for the spring 2015 semester. Brianna is also receiving at certificate in public policy and administration. Brianna’s greatest joys are going to the gym and spending quality time with friends and family. She has enjoyed cooking and sharing food from the Mediterranean Living cookbook, Foods of Crete.
Anna Pedersen:
Anna Pedersen is a junior at The University of Massachusetts majoring in public health. She is passionate about family and friends and loves to meet new people. She competed in cross country and swimming races in high school and loves to keep up with those sports to stay fit. She has also traveled to many countries including Germany, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Indonesia and has just come back from a semester abroad in Australia. She is familiar with cultural traditions and cuisine! She worked as a barista and waitress this past winter at a local coffee shop and learned about the different kinds of beans imported from all around the world. Her boss also introduced her to the kitchen where he showed her how to make some of the customers favorite meals. She is passionate about sharing healthy meals with others, in hopes of promoting a healthy diet!
