    I love the website and YouTube videos. So informative. To answer Lyn who reviewed with investigating, weight loss can come in many forms. (calorie restriction, different techniques like intermittent fasting). The Mediterranean is a new way to eliminate the bad habits (over sugar and processed) and embrace enjoying food again.

Each week the fun, hands-on challenges bring you practical knowledge to give you information and tools to set you up for success in making this lifestyle change. It’s a well-rounded program with great recipes and a fantastic FB group eager to share ideas and recipes.     The Mediterranean Way program provides the tools for a successful lifestyle change for better dining habits. It’s a great framework for exploring options and learning about Mediterranean eating.
