Mix up the traditional holiday cranberry sauce! This pomegranate sauce is sweet and savory, making those gobbler sandwiches something to swoon over.

- 4 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 orange, zested and segmented
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 pomegranate, seeded (keeping seeds)
In a medium saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange zest, orange segments and garlic.
Simmer over medium high heat until reduced to 1.5 cups.
Stir in pomegranate seeds.
Transfer to a bowl and chill overnight in fridge.
