Dill Butter and Olive Oil (grilling or spreading blend)

Brush this seasoned olive oil/butter blend on corn on the cob, asparagus, potatoes, scallops, shrimp, or fish while grilling. This will flavor the food and keep it moist. I also keep a small bowl of regular olive oil by the grill for brushing as well.
