Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound honey
  • 1/2 pound sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. rose water (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat honey for 10 minutes on low heat in a small sauce pan. Add sesame seeds and mix well for an additional 10 minutes. Add a Tbsp of rose water, if you like.
  • Line a large casserole dish with parchment paper. Empty the sesame and honey mix onto the parchment and flatten with a wooden spoon.
  • Let the candy cool for 30 minutes and then cut into small pieces.
