I am not the type of person who eats the same thing for breakfast every day for my whole life.  I love variety, but it drives me a little crazy when I get up in the morning and I can't figure out what I want to eat.  Blueberry overnight oats is a great way to solve this problem because it is already there waiting for you when you first open the fridge.  There is something wonderful about having a convenience food that you made yourself.
