Looking back on 2021, 10 weight loss recipes stood out among the others. What makes a good weight loss recipe? Well, it needs to be fresh, filling and delicious. Our top 10 recipes for weight loss embody all three and are some of the dishes that I always find myself making again and again.

All these dishes follow the Mediterranean Diet, which is based off of the traditional diet of people living in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. I personally lost 50 pounds eating Mediterranean and I believe you can too.
